Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all inbound calls are answered promptly and professionally
- Book appointments
- Record and report service calls
- Call to confirm appointments
- Convert warm leads into confirmed appointments
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service background
- Ability to take thorough notes during calls
- Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Genuine desire to help people
